for, click the "contact"
button at the top and bottom of each page to contact a Validex
Account Executive (VAE) for more information. A VAE can
also tell about our Best
Value Analysis or how to ensure
your organization's compliance by partnering
with the experts at Validex.
Our services, as defined by the Fair
Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), fall into two categories:
- Reports based on public records
- Reports based on investigative calls
For both types of services, we have devoted our expertise to meeting the FCRA’s three fundamental requirements:
- Strict Procedures. The law says screening vendors must have well-defined methods of collecting and reporting data, which we have done in great detail.
- Maximum Possible Accuracy (MPA) Standard, which contains our strict procedures. Our standard defines hundreds of details of how we access data, enforce accuracy, and report results. All staff are trained thoroughly in our MPA, and our proprietary workflow technology is developed with the MPA as the guide.
- Best Possible Source. The FCRA requires vendors to use the Best Possible Source for every report. This is the law’s term, not just ours, and we take this requirement very seriously - it’s good for all involved. We are constantly researching and monitoring how we identify and use the Best Possible Source for each service. This has one set of implications for public record reports, such as a County Criminal History and other implications for investigative calls, such as an Employment Reference.
Some key values that we add to our service delivery:
- Best
Value Analysis. We have devoted considerable
research to developing comprehensive comparisons of the
value that can be obtained from using alternative types
of public repositories, such as county courts,
state criminal records, and proprietary national databases.
A Validex Account Executive is always available to consult
with clients, free of charge, on how to benefit
from this research.
- Individualized
Customer Service. The Customer Service
Manager assigned to your account is always available
to answer your service-related questions promptly and
with authority.
- Competitive
Turnaround Times. Over 92% of
our services are completed in three days, many that are
much sooner.
