The Validex Federal Criminal History service is an important screening tool for very serious crimes tried in the Federal District Courts, particularly crimes against the Government, postal crime, crimes of a financial nature and crimes that have interstate trafficking implications. Crimes in these courts rarely, if ever, would be recorded in a county court indictment. These charges would not be found in a county or state level criminal search. Some key convictions revealed may include interstate homicide, robbery, assault, larceny and fraud offenses or even forgery and counterfeiting.
